Program/Project Manager – Networking, Infrastructure & Cloud Migration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale networking, infrastructure, and cloud migration programs across global customers, primarily in Asia and Europe regions. The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, delivery governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams and ensure seamless program execution from planning through transition and stabilization ensuring structured governance while enabling smooth execution of complex networking and cloud transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives. Coordinate with network, infrastructure, security, application, and cloud teams to align milestones and dependencies. Manage stakeholder communication across client leadership, internal delivery teams, and third-party vendors. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, risk registers, and escalation matrices. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards. Lead governance forums, status reporting, and executive reviews. Oversee resource allocation, change management, and transition planning. Facilitate cross-regional collaboration considering time zone and cultural differences for Asia, US and Europe customers. Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies proactively.

Technical Skills

& Knowledge Solid understanding of Enterprise Networking Concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN). Exposure to Data Center Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Backup/DR). Working knowledge of Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP. Familiarity with Cloud Migration Strategies (Lift & Shift, Re-platforming, Hybrid/Multi cloud). Understanding of Security & Compliance fundamentals. Experience with IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL). Exposure to Project/Program Management tools. Basic knowledge of DevOps / Automation concepts is an advantage. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-region programs. Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities. High proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and governance.
