· ITOM Engineering · Configure and support Discovery. · Maintain Service Mapping services. · Configure Event Management integrations. · Support AIOps initiatives. · Manage Cloud Discovery integrations. · CMDB Management · Ensure CMDB health and data quality. · Resolve CI reconciliation issues. · Maintain Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE). · Operations Support · Support production incidents and root cause analysis. · Perform platform monitoring and troubleshooting. · Coordinate change implementation activities. · Process
