Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Architecture & Design - Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure architectures. - Develop infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and best practices. - Architect solutions across compute, storage, networking, security, and application hosting layers. - Design highly available and disaster-resilient infrastructure environments. Systems Engineering - Lead the design and deployment of Linux-based infrastructure platforms. - Architect and optimize enterprise-grade systems including: - Database platforms - Storage platforms - Caching systems - Web and application tiers - Middleware infrastructure - Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency. Performance Engineering - Conduct infrastructure assessments and capacity planning exercises. - Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across infrastructure layers. - Lead performance tuning initiatives for operating systems, databases, storage, networking, and applications. - Establish performance benchmarks and operational metrics. Kubernetes & Modern Platforms - Design and support Kubernetes-based platforms for containerized workloads. - Define deployment, scalability, security, and operational best practices for Kubernetes environments. - Integrate Kubernetes with enterprise infrastructure services and monitoring platforms. Security & Governance - Design infrastructure solutions aligned with security and compliance

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or architecture roles. - Strong expertise in Linux operating systems and infrastructure administration. - Deep understanding of compute, storage, networking, and security technologies. - Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale infrastructure environments. - Strong expertise in infrastructure architecture and systems design. - Experience designing and implementing: - Database platforms - Storage systems - Caching solutions - Web and application infrastructure - High-availability and disaster recovery solutions - Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, DNS, load balancing, VPNs, and firewalls. - Expertise in infrastructure performance analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning. - Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. - Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools. - Knowledge of container technologies and cloud-native architectures. - Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging platforms. - Industry
